Its nose showing citrus notes enhanced by its minerality (flinty) is very characteristic of this 1er Cru, due to its East exposure to the sun, that is to say a morning so cool sun.
In mouth, we notice delicate notes of mushrooms and undergrowth, combined with mineral notes softened thanks to vintage 2009 that had been sunny. This wine is to be enjoyed now with oysters or tempura shrimps.
