The wine has a clear gold color with slight bronze reflects, bringing out very fine bubbles.
At the nose, the wine is complex with slight grilled almonds-white fruits-(peach) and dry fruits notes, with light lime aromas.
In the muth, it is fresh with a nice soft evolution. The aromas are persistant, with mineral - and fresh lime and pear notes.
To be served chilled (8 to 10°C)
